Today was the earliest we have ever left a park, we were on the road this morning at 8.15, amazing. It wasn’t too bad a drive even though we were on the road about 6 hours; we drove right down through Connecticut and back into New York. It was beautiful as the trees are really starting to change colour now and the roads we were on were all tree lined. We also had lovely sunshine the whole drive so the colours were even more brilliant. The drive was very up and down, especially the last stretch up the hill to the campsite. Mike tells me Serena loves it and it’s what she’s built for but I still feel bad for her having to drag the trailer so far. The park here is not bad, especially the spot we are in, and it’s very quiet and peaceful, with gorgeous woods everywhere.
Mike: This is a nice park! Lots of grass and trees! Becc needs to spend more time keeping her chores up and leave the driving to me!
