Mike got up extra early this morning, well before six, and started to get all our stuff ready to move further north. We were pulling out of our space by 8, and after hitting the dump station were on the road by half past. The drive today was easy for the most part, as it was almost all on the freeway until the last 20 or so miles and even those were along the highway. It was a good job we got an early start as there were very few spaces available when we got here and lots more people arrived after us. The park is not very big on this side of the road, maybe 60 spaces, but we still had to drive around it about 3 times till we found the right space as all the roads are one way.
When we decided on our space we were greeted by our neighbour who appears to be traveling alone, and he ‘helped’ us get backed in. Actually he did help as we had a little bit of bother with the truck getting stuck in some gravel while we were backing down the hill and into the space.  Everything else was ok though and by lunch time we were all settled in for the rest of our week long stay.
