We took a drive to Yelm today to visit family that I haven’t seen in more than 25 years. I was a little bit nervous about going to visit as the last time I saw any of them we were all about 8 or 9, but I needn’t have worried as once we got there and started chatting it was like I’d seen them just last week. It was so lovely to see them after so long, and to get to meet their families; hopefully it won’t be so long till we get the chance to meet up again. We spent the afternoon sitting in the garden, drinking tea and catching up, it was the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
